The Partnership also supported with the recruitment of a sustainable sales team, introduced supporting processes and systems, re-launched PR and developed an aggressive sales and marketing plan.
The Partnership was also briefed to provided interim general management support prior to the successful recruitment of a new general manager.
The key areas of focus were on raising the standards, cleanliness, morale and introducing operational efficiencies.
