Exhibition Space and Conference Feasibilities
- working with a number of clients to evaluate the market opportunity for expanding their current conference and exhibition space, and the possible outsourcing of the management, including interim management support.

- supporting a new Contract Catering Company based in Doha (Qatar) in conjunction with KPMG.
Nottingham Trent University
- Newton Arkwright, a major new landmark building, is being converted; working with Hopkins Architects and the University to develop a contemporary food offer to open in 2009.
Interserve FM
a review of the catering operation at UCLH, with operational recommendations to improve both service and efficiency.
IHG International Hotels Group
- (Holiday Inn) working with the food team to review the Holiday Inn menus and support the introduction of new kitchen equipment to deliver increased productivity.
Sussex University
- Following a full campus catering strategy, the Partnership was commissioned to develop a complete project cost for the redevelopment of their main food hub in the centre of campus the £10m redevelopment project at Bramber House.
Canterbury Christ Church University
- has embarked on its second food outlet opening with the Partnership design team developing the Touchdown Café that will be offering students a selection of hot and cold beverages as well as premium hot and cold snacks.
Student Induction Module
- new universities that have adopted the module include Leeds, Sheffield and Swansea.

Rosie Boycott announces new London Food Board line-up
Rosie Boycott, chair of London Food Board, today announced a new line-up of food experts who will work to inform the development of programmes to improve Londoners’ access to healthy food, boost the economic vibrancy of the food sector and reduce the food system’s impact on the environment.

London 2012 Olympic Games Food Vision
Read "For Starters" the Food Vision from the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games (LOCOG). LOCOG is the first organising committee to publish a food vision and aims to deliver a sustainable catering operation of the highest quality.

Charity gives top gong for food awareness to Ashridge
Ashridge Business School has become the first United Kingdom organisation to be accredited by the 'Food for the Brain' charity. The Partnership are the charity's accreditation agents.
