Due to the rapid and successful expansion of the Capital Hospitality brand, the requirement arose very quickly for internal policies and operational procedures to be completely reviewed & refined.
With a view to operating more efficiently, both Culinary and Operations teams decided to dissect their current processes and look for ways to work smarter, quicker and more effectively. With a strong operational background, Russell Partnership Collection was asked to observe current process, offer guidance, deliver recommendations and identify opportunities to enhance procedures.
As a result of spending extensive time in kitchens, overseeing various events and working hands-on with Capital Hospitality, Russell Partnership Collection was able to review, refine, produce and implement over 100 brand new Standard Operating Procedures.
