Charlotte Harbour

Charlotte is Head of Nutrition for Russell Partnership Collection and Therme RPC. Charlotte manages our team of Nutritionists and wellbeing experts, and supports on nutritional audits, menu reviews and literature searches. Charlotte is a fully-insured, practising Nutritional Therapist and is available to consult 1-2-1 with members of the public upon request.

Charlotte earned her undergraduate degree in Nutritional Therapy from the University of West London (UWL) and will complete her Masters’s in Clinical Nutrition with the University of Aberdeen in 2024 to become an AfN Registered Nutritionist, she is registered with BANT and the CNHC.  Charlotte is one of 30 fully qualified Nutritional Therapists with Functional Medicine Practitioner certification (IFMCP) in the UK, an achievement obtained from 3 years of part-time overseas online learning, an in-depth case study and a rigorous 5-hour examination.

Charlotte joined Russell Partnership Collection in 2012 and, through this time, has worked in a range of roles, broadening her understanding of the hospitality consulting landscape. From administrative assistant to innovations team, programme manager at the Rugby World Cup 2015 to creative lead – Charlotte’s deep knowledge of the business’ values and operating structure can be seen in her involvement throughout many areas of business support.

Charlotte holds professional grade skills in Adobe InDesign and qualified with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) in 2016. Charlotte also has qualifications in Performance Coaching and is a mentor for online work experience students at the Centre for Nutrition Education & Lifestyle Management.
