Russell Partnership Collection was commissioned by Hoares Bank to undertake a strategic kitchen design audit and operational services improvement plan within their Grade II listed building. The brief included design project support, a review of current production locations and practices, workplace dining, operational practices and space and commercial modelling.
On completion, the integrated services of Russell Partnership Collection’s operating and design teams supported the in-house team through the design timeline and production interdependencies. We also supported Hoares Bank to establish new operational and product development, delivery, skills and created practical contemporary food and beverage service workshops.
