Andy Mulroe

Andy joins the Russell Partnership Collection Team with over 30 years of experience within financial, technical, and operational roles at the largest and most prestigious events and venues in the UK and Europe.

Beginning at the Trusthouse Forte where he held both operational and financial positions, over the years he has also been involved with the Royal Ascot, Epsom Derby, Henley Royal Regatta, the British Open Golf, Silverstone, Wimbledon, the Ryder Cup, Royal Albert Hall & the Guild Hall.

When London’s major four-star banqueting hotels agreed to change their approach to food production, Andy took a lead role in finance and operations to create an innovative solution, described as a forerunner to today’s dark kitchen concepts, to deliver two million meals annually to London’s four-star hotels, plus Eurostar’s first and Premium class service.

Andy has delivered advice and direction within IT services, financial management and operational delivery to many of the UK largest and most complex hospitality venues and events. A notable highlight was in 2012 when Andy and his 80 strong team managed the financial oversight for three operating businesses to deliver the AEGON Tennis at Queens, the Championships at Wimbledon, London 2012 events, Horse Guards Parade and OHC Olympic Park, plus 20 fixed site’s locations- an industry first.

Andy holds the skills, experience and passion to bridge together financial stability and quality service.
