Darren has over 30 years of experience within the hospitality, live events, retail and hotel industry. He has worked in partnership with leading organisations within the UK, Middle East, Australia, Bermuda, the Caribbean and the USA.

Having worked in a number of capacities from General Manager, Regional Manager, F&B Operations Manager, Head of Brand Standards, Director of Dining & Retail and more recently as Commercial Director, Managing Director and Head of Brand Development – Darren’s experience ensures the delivery of commercially viable solutions.

Darren was previously based in Dubai for seven years, where he headed up our office and local team, leading all our business development within the GCC, and has delivered strategic projects for Expo 2020 Dubai, ADNEC, University of Birmingham, American School of Dubai, Netflix, as well as many high-profile projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Saudi Central Bank, MDLBEAST Soundstorm, Formula 1, The World Defense Show and work with many local hospitality companies.

Darren now leads the global consulting team as Head of Global Consulting for Russell Partnership Collection, delivering major projects for our clients where his commercial experience, passion for great food and service, together with his operational skill and experience across the sector is invaluable.
