Gemma is an accomplished Project Manager with over 25 years of experience supporting complex projects. She brings extensive expertise in business operations, governance, administration, project planning, project delivery, and client engagement. Renowned for her organisational skills, problem-solving abilities, and proactive approach, Gemma excels at identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
Since earning her BA Honours in Tourism Management from Swansea Metropolitan University in 2002, Gemma has held various challenging roles in the education and training sector.
Gemma joined the Russell Partnership Collection in 2012 as the Office Manager and Assistant to the Managing Director. Currently, she leads business operations and governance and provides project management support across the Russell Partnership Collection.
Her past roles include global e-learning development, global product launch, and the delivery of various IT vocational programs. Gemma holds an advanced diploma in Using Information Technology and a BTEC Professional Development Certificate in Management Studies.
