Louise joined Russell Partnership Collection in 2024 to lead our Business Support Team and coordinate and manage the operations at our Tithe Barn office. She is responsible for delivering project and administrative support across the global business.

Alongside delivering valuable support to the Russell Partnership Collection, Louise is also responsible for governance, compliance and health and safety.

Having worked in a variety of roles across a range of industries including automotive, events management and project management Louise is committed to the Russell Partnership Collection mission of “making a positive difference”.

With a degree in Politics, she is also a Certified Scrum Master® and brings a wealth of project management experience to the Russell Partnership Collection. Louise is a trusted volunteer and supporter of numerous charities in the local area.
