Holding high level, contemporary client liaison and coordination skills, garnered from her 30+ years of experience, Michelle leads business integration, coordination and the professional business support team, facilitates our client facing activities, new client engagement and long-term relationship management.

In 2020 Therme RPC was created, a Joint Venture Company between Russell Partnership Collection and Therme Group, Michelle led and managed the new business launch and internal company integration.

In 2023, Michelle’s role centred on the launch and intercompany integration of the Therme UK function, focussing, along with the CEO of Therme UK, on the planning and delivering of the iconic Therme Manchester development.
