Sho-Yan graduated in 2016 with a First Class Honours in English from the University of Southampton.

She has since gained a wealth of experience in customer service with a year in retail and over four years as a senior administrator in the finance sector. She has previously undertaken duties including account administration and social media.

Sho-Yan joined Russell Partnership Consulting in 2022 as Office and Project Administrator.

She currently delivers project administrative support for the global team across Russell Partnership Collection and supports with the day-to-day running of the Oxfordshire office.
