Sho-Yan graduated in 2016 with a first-class honours in English from the University of Southampton. She has since gained a wealth of experience in customer service with over four years as a senior administrator in the finance sector. She has previously undertaken duties including account administration, social media and customer contact.

Sho-Yan joined Russell Partnership Collection in 2022 as an Office and Project Administrator.

She is responsible for day-to-day office management, as well as providing administrative support for projects throughout the Russell Partnership Collection.
