Sue was an integral part of the Russell Partnership team and played a significant role across multiple projects over a number of years. All of us have very fond memories of Sue and she is dearly missed.

The impact Sue had across the wider industry and within Russell Partnership Collection is huge – she always gave her all and embodied the true spirit of hospitality.

After graduating with a degree in Catering Business Systems, Sue developed a management career within the realm of food and beverage management, latterly in the event industry with roles at the London 2012 Olympics, Commonwealth Games, Rugby World Cups as well as Wembley Stadium, Emirates Stadium and London Stadium.

After leaving the corporate world, Sue set up her own consultancy business and worked with many global event organisations to help plan and deliver their food and beverage provision and hospitality programmes.

While working for Russell Partnership Collection, Sue worked closely with the team supporting the food and beverage provision in Dubai for Expo 2020, as well as leading venues and events within the UK. Sue developed documentation for the procurement of caterers and was part of the evaluation and selection panels as well as creating food strategies and the approach to food and beverage delivery for global events.
