Russell Partnership Consulting was approached by Warner Music UK to conduct a review of the food, beverage and hospitality delivered by their long-standing catering partner within their large offices in central London.
The scope was then broadened to guide the client through an open tender process to potentially appoint a new catering supplier. Support included initial prospective partner assessment, development of tender documentation, assessments of submissions and attendance of short-listed presentations, leading of contractual and commercial negotiations, and management of the mobilisation of the contract with a new provider.
