Russell Partnership Collection was commissioned to extend the current kitchen area into a new, single storey, extension within the historic buildings of the College, and to include all food production areas as well as associated store and service areas.
In line with the College’s brief of future foodservice requirements, we undertook the planning and general arrangement (Back of House), designed the detailed electrical and services layouts, cost control, equipment selection, specification and tendering process, risk assessment and sought statutory authority approval.
